Ruff Wear Headwater Dog Collar Recall Information

Ruff Wear has issued a safety recall on their Headwater Dog collar. When collar is subjected to excessive pulling force, the collar fails at stitching points. The failure results in collar coming apart and falling off dog's neck. Ruff Wear's minimum strength rating quality standard has not been met in product tests measuring the pulling force.
