About Open Box Items
Our open box items are items customers have returned or exchanged for a different size, color, etc. Many have their packaging and tags included. Each item has been inspected to make sure there are no missing pieces, broken items, rips, dirt, or signs of use beyond being tried on.
You can expect the gear to be in brand new condition, free of defects and dirt. At most, you might find a stray dog hairs from the previous customer trying it on.
All open box items are covered under our same returns and shipping policies.
