All orders $29 and over ship free!

To see your shipping rate, add items to your cart, and view the cart to see the rate. Express shipping options are available while checking out.

Unless noted, your order will be processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, First Class Mail, and Fedex Ground. Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping notification email with a tracking number. If you need express shipping, those options are available while checking out. Express shipping options include USPS Express mail and FedEx Express.

Lupine products and PetTronix products ship directly from the manufacturer. These items will arrive separate from other items in your order.

Very occasionally, Ruffwear products will also ship directly from the manufacturer. In this event, the Ruffwear item(s) may arrive separate from other items in your order.

* Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO Customers: Some items ordered may incur an additional handling time of 1 - 7 days. In this event, orders will be shipped complete after the handling period. Please contact us to see if your order will be subject to the additional handling time.

International Shipping
