Below you'll find brief descriptions of the warranties for the products Backcountry K-9 sells. Contact us for help with any warranty issues.

When returning any product to the manufacturer it should be clean, securely packaged, and insured.

Granite Gear

If you're not satisfied with one of Granite Gear's products for any reason, even after years of use, they'll take it back. If there's a problem with the materials or craftsmanship they'll repair or replace it. If it's normal wear, they'll repair it for a reasonable charge.

Kelty

Kelty products are warranted to the original owner to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product. Since no Kelty product is indestructible, Kelty’s warranty does not cover defects attributable to or resulting from normal wear and tear (ie: exhausted zippers), natural hazard damage (ie: weather or animals), abuse or alteration. All products being returned require a Return Authorization number. Service under Kelty's warranty is available to the original purchaser by returning the product to any authorized Kelty dealer or by contacting Kelty's customer service department at 1-866-349-7225 (1-866-FIX-PACK) for a Return Authorization number. Proof of purchase by the original owner must accompany the product for warranty service.

Lupine

Lupine offers an unconditional, "Even if Chewed", lifetime guarantee. Even if your dog chews it up, they'll replace it!

Nite Ize

Nite Ize warrants that for two (2) years following the purchase of any Nite Ize Product that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Outdoor Products

Every item Outdoor Products makes is fully guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the product. Outdoor Products® will replace any product that has been proven defective to the original owner. Their guarantee applies when the product has been used under normal conditions. Replacement necessitated by normal wear and tear, accident, improper care or use, negligence, or natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, is not covered under their guarantee. Any repairs, modifications and alterations done by someone other than Outdoor Products® will void the Lifetime Guarantee. For guarantee evaluation, defective items must be returned along with your name, address, phone number and a brief description of the defect to:
