Below you'll find brief descriptions of the warranties for the products Backcountry K-9 sells. Contact us for help with any warranty issues.

When returning any product to the manufacturer it should be clean, securely packaged, and insured.

Granite Gear

If you're not satisfied with one of Granite Gear's products for any reason, even after years of use, they'll take it back. If there's a problem with the materials or craftsmanship they'll repair or replace it. If it's normal wear, they'll repair it for a reasonable charge.

Guyot Designs

Guyot Designs believes that great products begin with solid design, function, & durability. They stand by the lifetime use of their products. Guyot Designs is happy to offer warranty on any manufacturing defect. All warranty returns / exchanges must be authorized and issued a return authorization number (RA #). A quick word of advice in regards to Guyot Designs silicone pet bowls: silicone material will puncture if a rough mouth or sharp teeth happen to grab the pet bowl. Please use caution and know that your pet might treat this as a toy. Their warranty does not cover bite marks, tears, or rips due to rough play.

Kelty

Kelty takes pride in the quality of our products and guarantees that the materials and workmanship will be free from defects for the life of the product. This is limited to original owners and excludes furniture. Kelty furniture products are warranted to the original owner to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the original purchase date.

Lupine

Lupine offers an unconditional, "Even if Chewed", lifetime guarantee. Even if your dog chews it up, they'll replace it!

Mountainsmith

Mountainsmith products are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against materials and workmanship defects. All warranty returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number (RA #). Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at Mountainsmith's discretion and Mountainsmith reserves the right to make all determinations as to the use of this policy. Products failing due to normal wear and tear, abuse, accident, critters, or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time will be repaired for a nominal fee. Mountainsmith will not repair product requiring a fee unless approved.

Mountain Dog

Mountain Dog cannot replace your favorite pair of running shoes or the leg of that vintage coffee table that you lovingly restored. However, they can help you if your canine best friend decides to have a chew party with your Mountain Dog Leash. Just send the remnants of your original purchase back to Mountaint Dog, along with the original length of the leash and your return address, and they'll replace it free of charge.

Nite Ize warrants that for two (2) years following the purchase of any Nite Ize Product that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Outdoor Products

Every item Outdoor Products makes is fully guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the product. Outdoor Products® will replace any product that has been proven defective to the original owner. Their guarantee applies when the product has been used under normal conditions. Replacement necessitated by normal wear and tear, accident, improper care or use, negligence, or natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use, is not covered under their guarantee. Any repairs, modifications and alterations done by someone other than Outdoor Products® will void the Lifetime Guarantee.
